Huntington C.P. School

50th Anniversary Celebrations

Spring Ball

On the 18th July this year Huntington Community Primary School will be officially 50 years old.  We are planning several special events to celebrate this milestone in the history of our village school.  We are planning a Spring Ball at Rowton Hall on Friday 11th April £50.00 per head to include a 4 course meal, live music and disco to raise funds for the events we have planned for local residents, previous staff, ex-pupils and the present children of the school.  Tables of 10 people will be at the discounted price of £450.00 and we will do our best to accommodate requests for smaller tables.  If you would like a ticket for this Spring Ball please contact the school office on 01244 327255.

PTA Fun Day and Garden Party

Saturday 21st June, 12 noon to 3pm.

This will be held in the school grounds and is open to everyone to come and enjoy.  The school will be open for you to view.  Tea, coffee, scones and cakes will be available in our Marquees.  We hope for good weather.  The PTA will have many stalls and lots of entertainment for the children.

Reunion

Friday 4th July, 7pm onwards.

Light refreshments will be served and there will be a licensed bar.  Everyone can view the school, and our sometimes amusing  photo gallery.  If you are an ex pupil or an ex parent and would be interested in coming to this event please contact the school office on 01244 327255 to apply for tickets.  Due to the large response we expect to this event entrance is by ticket only.  Please ensure you contact the school office by Friday 11th April 2008.  Tickets will be sent out during May.  PLEASE NOTE ENTRANCE IS FREE - BUT BY TICKET ONLY.

All funds raised from the above events will go towards the events of a special celebration day for all the children on Friday July 18th 2008.
